ABOUT US

The Voice is a highly selective group of students who write for newspapers, magazines and wire services in AiU.  Press Clubbers cover breaking news, feature stories, and sporting events at AiU and in the surrounding community.   AiU press club emerged in 2011 with collaboration of some students of university to share news about different events, competition and many other things happening in different institution. Side by side sharing different news, press club start to cover different events in university as well as collaborated with different societies of like literary, science, sports, adventure

The Voice is a forum where club members are exposed to press activities generally. Normally, the club members are encouraged to collate educative and informative data within university and community surrounding on topics ranging from sports and other related human activities.



The Voice aims to harness, stimulate and promote the literary interest of members in the art of writing, media and school journalism. Activities will include: interviewing of management, lecturers, students and interesting visitors; commenting on events happening in our campus.

Prominent amongst its objectives are:

1. To let students be exposed to journalism and hopefully consider it as a fitting  career
2. To imbibe the sound culture of writing, analysing and editing articles in a more critical and objective fashion
3. To cultivate the ethics of responsible journalism
4. To serve as a viable instrument of raising awareness amongst the general     student body especially in the area of information dissemination
